Position Summary

As an Area Manager , you will oversee multiple locations, ensuring smooth operations, consistent quality, and outstanding customer satisfaction. You’ll lead a team of talented individuals, driving performance and maintaining the high standards that City Night-Life - ATL is known for. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a knack for problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of multiple locations, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate teams to achieve performance goals and deliver exceptional service.
• Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resources to maximize profitability.
• Collaborate with senior management to align operations with company goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a management role, preferably in the hospitality, nightlife, or entertainment industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple locations and teams effectively.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
