We are currently seeking Armed Security Guards to join our growing team and uphold the safety standards our clients depend on.

Position Overview:

As an Armed Guard at DC Security Inc., you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment for clients, staff, and visitors. This role requires high attention to detail, sound judgment under pressure, and a strong understanding of safety procedures. Ideal candidates will be dependable, well-trained in firearms handling, and capable of enforcing security protocols with professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patrol assigned areas on foot or in a vehicle to detect and deter criminal activity

• Monitor surveillance systems and control access to buildings and restricted areas

• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents and prepare detailed reports

• Interact with employees, visitors, and the public in a respectful and authoritative manner

• Ensure compliance with company and site-specific procedures

• Protect property and personnel by maintaining a visible and ready presence

• Assist law enforcement when required

• Maintain firearms proficiency and adhere to all use-of-force protocols

Requirements:

• Current Armed Security Guard License (PAL) 

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Prior experience in armed security, law enforcement, or military preferred

• Strong observational and communication skills

• Ability to remain calm and decisive in high-pressure situations

• Must pass background check, drug screening, and firearms qualification test

• Physical ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods
