Bagen Law is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team, preferably with litigation or negotiation experience in Personal Injury law.

What You'll Do:

* Handle personal injury litigation cases from inception through resolution via mediation or trial.

* Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery.

* Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda.

* Participate in depositions, hearings, and trials.

* Negotiate settlements (a significant plus!).

* Maintain client communication and manage case files.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
