Job Description
Responsibilities:Operate sit-down, stand-up, or pallet jack forklifts
Load, unload, and move products safely and efficiently
Follow safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
Perform daily equipment inspections and report issues
Keep inventory organized and up to date
Communicate clearly in both English and Spanish
Help Spanish-speaking team members understand instructions
Work with warehouse staff and supervisors to meet goals
High school diploma or GED
6+ months of forklift operation experience
Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
Bilingual: fluent in English and Spanish
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of warehouse systems or scanners
