Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual (Japanese and English Speaker) HR Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer support, and ensuring the smooth functioning of daily administrative tasks. OPT are welcome!

Responsibilities for Bilingual (Japanese and English Speaker) HR Specialist

• Maintain compliance with federal, state and local labor laws, employment and benefits laws and regulations
• Recruit, interview and complete process for new hires.
• Create a recruiting and interviewing strategy for each open position, writing/revising position job descriptions, managing staffing agencies, conducting screening interviews.
• Compose offer letter and monitoring selection process through acceptance. Handle back ground checks.
• Obtains working/trainee VISA with immigration lawyer/ planning training program if required.

Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Management.

Qualifications for Bilingual (Japanese and English Speaker) HR Specialist

• Bachelors degree in a related field (HR preferred)
• -Must be able to speak, read, and write Japanese
• OPT candidates welcome!
• Excellent organizational skills
• Able to read, write, and speak Japanese
• Great computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
• Communication skills are important!
