Responsibilities: • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. • Develop and implement effective strategies to attract top talent through various channels. • Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and ensure alignment. • Utilize applicant tracking systems to organize and monitor the recruitment process. • Create job postings and screen resumes to identify high-quality candidates. • Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience. • Leverage Spanish language skills to engage with bilingual candidates and broaden the talent pool. • Provide guidance and support to candidates during the onboarding process. • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies. • Fluency in both written and verbal Spanish • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. • Strong background in corporate recruiting with familiarity in diverse industries. • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers. • Ability to conduct interviews and evaluate candidates’ qualifications thoroughly. • Fluency in Spanish is required to engage with bilingual candidates. • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. • Knowledge of current recruitment trends and practices.
