Job Responsibilities:

• Assist and sell to customers, providing an excellent experience and building loyalty by:
  
  • Confidently approaching customers and assessing their needs.
  • Building trust through answering questions, educating, and offering solutions.
  • Recommending suitable plans and guiding customers through onboarding.
  • Finding the right phone, technology, and plan for each customer.
  • Handling customer service and sales needs with integrity and compassion.
  
  
  
• Develop skills through training to become an operational, customer service, and sales expert:
  • Managing merchandise, bills, payments, and cash register operations.
  • Performing opening and closing duties.
  • Meeting or exceeding revenue and profit targets.
  • Learning T-Mobiles products and services.
  • Supporting your team and maintaining store appearance.

Pay: $20.90 - $35.20/hour (including potential commission)
