We are looking for experienced Bridge Engineers for our Structures group who are innovative problem solvers with a passion for technical excellence. We have a great backlog of work, new pursuits and existing design-build projects. Location This position could be based out of our Bellevue, WA or Lone Tree, CO Offices. Responsibilities Lead and perform engineering design tasks and coordinate with CADD teams in developing plans, specifications, and estimates for preliminary and final design of standard bridges, walls, and minor structures (Culverts, Inlet structures, etc.) for current projects, including Design/Build as well as new pursuits Identify and understand technical requirements of design projects and implement engineering principles to develop solutions Identify, interpret, and apply appropriate design standards and codes; ensure compliance with contract documents Participate in technical meetings and discussions; strategize solutions to complex or unique technical problems Identify technical differentiators and develop schemes for key project pursuits Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or greater in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering (Masters Preferred) 5+ years’ experience in relevant structural/bridge engineering design PE license is required for this position Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles Experience with the design of multiple bridge types in concrete and steel, wall systems, and minor structures Experience with Design-Build or other alternative delivery methods, preferred Experience with engineering design software (e.g., CSiBridge, MIDAS, PGSuper, Microstation, AutoCAD Civil 3D, InRoads, OpenRoads Designer) Experience with AASHTO LRFD, AISC, ACI, and other North American design codes is required Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Ability to travel as business requires Other Requirements Regular, reliable attendance Work productively and meet deadlines timely Communicate and interact effectively with supervisors, employees, and others Perform work safely and follow instructions and policies Work during normal operating hours; overtime and weekends as required May work at various locations and conditions may vary Compensation and Benefits Base Compensation: $105,000/yr - $140,000/yr (Actual compensation is subject to variation due to factors such as education, experience, skillset, and location) This posting will be active from: 07/01/2025 - 11/01/2025 We offer comprehensive benefits including medical, dental and vision plans, wellness programs, life insurance, disability, retirement plans with matching, and generous paid time off.
