Travel: Not Required Visa Status: US Citizen Clearance: No clearance Task Description: Gather and document basic user and system requirements for dashboard projects and reporting enhancements. Assist with SharePoint site development and content maintenance related to records management and task tracking. Track and update project documentation including SOPs, meeting notes, requirement traceability matrices, and test scripts. Support SDI analysts in compiling grant closeout files and reconciliation reports for File C/D2. Participate in user acceptance testing for dashboards and reporting tools, logging bugs or inconsistencies for review. Monitor and maintain project task lists, timelines, and deliverables under supervision. Support creation of training material and user guides for internal users and stakeholders. Required Skills/Level of Experience: 1–3 years of experience in business analysis or administrative support, preferably within a federal or grants-related environment. Exposure to federal reporting systems like SAM, TAGGS, or PMS is an advantage. Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
