Manufacturer requires skilled cabinet makers. Must have experience with the following: Use of plastic laminates - Knowledge using sliding table, panel and miter saws, Routers and Trimmers, Ability to read construction drawings, Adaptable, Working independently and with a team. Valid Drivers license required. Some travel required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, or project specifications.
• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machines.
• Construct, repair, and install display cases, shelves, drawers, and other wooden and metal fixtures.
• Sand and finish surfaces to ensure a smooth and polished look.
• Operate safely in the workshop and on installation sites, following all safety protocols.
• Maintain tools and work areas, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
• Work independently or as part of a team to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients, designers, and team members regarding project progress.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a cabinet maker, woodworker, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, materials, and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with, routers, saws, and joinery techniques (preferred).
• Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Good physical stamina and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or apprenticeship preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in custom or high-end cabinetry.
• Knowledge of different types of wood and finishing techniques.
• Installation experience in residential or commercial settings.
• Ability to problem-solve and adapt designs as needed.

Working Conditions:

• Work performed in both workshop and client installation sites.
• May require occasional overtime, evening, or weekend work depending on project needs.
• Use of safety equipment such as gloves, goggles, and dust masks.
