Role: Campus Recruiting Coordinator

Location: New York, NY

Hybrid: 5 days in office

Compensation range: Up to $75k base salary plus bonus

Our client is a global independent investment bank that is at the top of their game. The team is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join their tight knit team and support their campus recruitment efforts, primarily focusing on their summer internship program.

Reporting to the Head of Campus you will:

• Manage interview scheduling for both virtual and in-person interviews.
• Be the point of contact for candidates visiting for interviews.
• Review applications to determine suitability for active roles.
• Facilitate the interview process from start to finish liaising with internal stakeholders for both virtual and in-person interviews.
• Organize logistics for events and interview days.
• Manage the ATS to make sure data is up to date.

Key requirements:

• 1-2 years experience with recruitment administration/coordination, ideally with campus.
• Experience working within a fast-paced environment with high-volume recruiting.
• Bachelors degree preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
