We are currently adding to our talented team of Caregivers!\n\nHiring Evening Shifts\nEvenings (2:00pm-10:00pm) Tuesday-Saturday, and Friday-Monday\nYou must be willing and able to work at least one weekend shift each week. You must be willing and able to work holidays as scheduled.\nPart time shifts are also available.\nHiring Day Shifts\nDays (6:00am-2:00pm) Tuesday-Saturday\nYou must be willing and able to work at least one weekend shift each week. That’s 3 weeks after 12 months of service for full-time team members!\n • Same day pay for team members if you wish\n • Work with a TEAM of likeminded individuals who enjoy helping others\n\nThe ideal candidate will:\n • Have a commitment to Touchmark’s values (excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion).\n • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent\n • Be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification\n • Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment\n • Provide assistance and emotional support to residents using the Best Friend’s Approach to dementia care\n • Possess a willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality\n • Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors\n • 18 years of age or older\n\n\nBenefits:\nTouchmark is dedicated to providing the best for our residents, and it all begins with providing the best for our employees.
