About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer for one of its acute care hospitals. The CFO will be responsible for monitoring and controlling accounts receivables, improving the hospital's profitability, developing and implementing financial policies and procedures, preparing financial statements, and providing required financial reporting. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a financial leadership role within a healthcare setting, with a strong background in hospital financial operations, and a working knowledge of federal and local tax regulations. The CFO will also be involved in the preparation of the annual budget and must be skilled in financial analysis, performance interpretation, and have the ability to manipulate data within various databases. Applicants for the CFO position at the company's acute care hospital should hold a minimum of a bachelor's degree, with a master's degree preferred. The role requires a candidate who is adept at using electronic spreadsheets, and is capable of tailoring the hospital's financial needs to the company's objectives. The CFO will be expected to travel up to 2% of the time and must be prepared to take on additional duties as assigned.
