About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to play a pivotal role in the organization's strategic growth and deepening impact. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a proven track record in financial management, with experience in a senior financial leadership role. A deep understanding of the non-profit sector and a passion for the mission of the organization are essential. The CFO will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's goals. This includes overseeing budgeting, financial planning, and analysis, as well as ensuring the organization's financial sustainability and growth. The role requires a strategic thinker who can provide financial insights to support decision-making and is adept at managing relationships with stakeholders, including donors and partners. A relevant degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required, and a CPA or MBA is a plus.
