Who We’re Looking For: Credentials: Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field, plus a current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB. Experience: Must be a certified BCBA at least three (3) years. Ethical Standards: Demonstrates integrity by following BACB ethical guidelines, HIPAA regulations, and organizational policies.
