Project Manager – Commercial Construction

Location: Woburn, MA

They are currently seeking a Project Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality projects and building long-term client relationships.

As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing all aspects of assigned projects—from kickoff to closeout—ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

What You’ll Do:

• Plan, schedule, and manage project resources, budgets, and timelines.
• Oversee projects from start-up through closeout, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
• Review contracts, drawings, and scope of work; resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Manage change orders, estimates, and project documentation.
• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and performance growth.
• Monitor project costs, prepare billing forecasts, and work with finance on budgets.
• Ensure timely project closeout, including punch list and warranty documentation.

Ideal Candidate:

• 3–5 years of project management experience in commercial construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred).
• Experience with Planswift or other estimating software.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and construction management tools.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, contracts, and technical documents.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel to job sites.
