As a Customer Service Representative , you’ll be the public-facing ambassador for nonprofit organizations at community events , fundraising campaigns , and awareness drives . Key Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit partners at public events and outreach campaigns

• Engage with community members, donors, and event attendees in a positive, professional manner

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and campaign visibility

Qualifications
