Through live events, grassroots marketing, and face-to-face fundraising , we help connect individuals with the causes they care about most—and we’re hiring Customer Service Representatives to join the movement.
As a Customer Service Representative , you’ll be the welcoming face of our nonprofit campaigns at community events, public outreach efforts, and fundraising initiatives . This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who thrives on personal connection, is motivated by mission-driven work, and is eager to grow within a supportive, values-based organization.
✅ Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent nonprofit and advocacy clients at live events and fundraising campaigns
Engage with donors, community members, and event attendees in a warm, professional manner
Educate the public about nonprofit missions and encourage community involvement
Build and nurture relationships to support donor retention and long-term campaign success
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event operations and high-impact visibility
Maintain a strong sense of empathy, professionalism, and purpose in every interaction
Excellent verbal communication and people skills
Friendly, outgoing, and team-oriented personality
Passion for nonprofits, advocacy, or social change
Comfortable working in fast-paced, public environments
Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
