Through live events, grassroots marketing, and face-to-face fundraising , we help connect individuals with the causes they care about most—and we’re hiring Customer Service Representatives to join the movement.

As a Customer Service Representative , you’ll be the welcoming face of our nonprofit campaigns at community events, public outreach efforts, and fundraising initiatives . This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who thrives on personal connection, is motivated by mission-driven work, and is eager to grow within a supportive, values-based organization.

• Represent nonprofit and advocacy clients at live events and fundraising campaigns

• Engage with donors, community members, and event attendees in a warm, professional manner

• Educate the public about nonprofit missions and encourage community involvement

• Build and nurture relationships to support donor retention and long-term campaign success

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event operations and high-impact visibility

• Maintain a strong sense of empathy, professionalism, and purpose in every interaction

• Excellent verbal communication and people skills

• Friendly, outgoing, and team-oriented personality

• Passion for nonprofits, advocacy, or social change

• Comfortable working in fast-paced, public environments

• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
