Responsibilities: Audit and review thousands of records to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems. Identify and resolve duplicate entries within Salesforce, maintaining data integrity. Collaborate with the strategy and operations team to support additional high-impact projects as needed. Execute tasks with a high level of attention to detail and precision to meet project timelines. Participate in a structured interview process, including completing case studies and virtual discussions. Ensure compliance with organizational standards and protocols during data entry and audits. Maintain organized documentation and provide regular updates to the team on project progress. Adapt to evolving team needs and undertake new responsibilities as required. Requirements: Proven experience in computer data entry with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail. Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms. Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle large datasets efficiently. Ability to work independently and take initiative in problem-solving. Open to working in an in-office environment. Excellent communication skills for collaborative team interactions. College students or recent graduates with relevant skills are encouraged to apply.
