We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team! As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting data into our systems, ensuring all information is up to date and easily accessible. This position is 100% remote and available to candidates located within the USA only.
If you have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage large volumes of data efficiently, wed love to have you on board!
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately input and update data into various systems and databases.
Verify data for accuracy and consistency, flagging any discrepancies for review.
Organize and maintain digital files and records in an easy-to-access manner.
Assist in generating reports or summaries as needed.
Perform regular data audits to ensure that all entries are complete and accurate.
Respond to inquiries related to data, assisting internal teams or clients as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and security of all sensitive information.
Qualifications:
Must be located in the USA.
High school diploma or equivalent (Associates degree or higher preferred).
Proven experience in data entry, clerical work, or administrative roles.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work quickly and accurately.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) or similar data entry software.
Ability to manage large amounts of data and meet deadlines.
Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Comfortable with remote work and self-management.
