Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for entering and maintaining accurate data in our company database. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data in company database
• Verify accuracy of data and make necessary corrections
• Keep track of received data and source documents
• Prepare and sort documents for data entry
• Review and correct errors in data entry
• Generate reports and perform data analysis as needed
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all data
• Communicate with team members to ensure data is accurate and up-to-date
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role
• Excellent typing skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data programs
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with remote work and virtual collaboration is a plus
