This position is ideal for candidates who have a passion for solving complex business problems through data, particularly within supply chain, logistics, or operational domains. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze, model, and interpret data to drive critical business decisions. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with supply chain, operations, and analytics teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business solutions. Build, deploy, and maintain predictive models and analytical tools. Analyze large, complex datasets to extract actionable insights and support business strategies. Develop and implement data pipelines, ETL processes, and data validation frameworks. Visualize findings and present results to stakeholders, making complex insights understandable and impactful. Assist in the development and refinement of KPIs and operational metrics. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data science and supply chain analytics. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in a data scientist or data analyst role, ideally with exposure to supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or operations. Strong programming skills in Python or R; experience with SQL is required. Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and statistical modeling. Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar). Experience working with large datasets and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Nice to Have: Previous experience working in a supply chain or logistics-focused environment. Experience with optimization techniques, demand forecasting, or inventory modeling.
