Title: Marketing Content & Digital Asset Specialist

Location: MALVERN, PA 19355

Duration: 3+ Months (High possibility of extension)

Pay rate: $33/hr - $43/hr W2

Position Summary:

• We are seeking a highly organized and collaborative specialist to support product data management, digital asset integration, centralized asset governance, and co-op marketing enablement.
• This role ensures seamless content delivery, platform interoperability, and effective campaign execution across internal teams and partner ecosystems.

Qualifications**

• 3–5 years of experience in digital asset management, product data coordination, marketing operations, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with DAM platforms, CMS tools, and marketing automation systems.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Experience with co-op or channel marketing programs is a plus.
• Experience with AI and digital asset automation is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Data & Digital Asset Integration

• Manage the migration and organization of product data and digital assets across marketing platforms, using structured tracking and documentation.
• Ensure metadata consistency, taxonomy alignment, and compliance with governance standards.
• Collaborate with IT and brand teams to support the ingestion, tagging, and publishing readiness of both product data and digital assets.

2. Centralized Asset Management

• Oversee full asset lifecycle management, including upload, version control, and archival processes.
• Organize and implement large-scale asset migrations, ensuring metadata accuracy and alignment.
• Maintain clear and concise documentation and training materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of content and imagery.

3. Campaign Marketing Support

• Align asset workflows with campaign planning, and partner engagement.
• Support asset lifecycle management in the context of Co-Op campaigns.
• Assist stakeholders with onboarding and managing digital assets and metadata for co-op initiatives and custom asset libraries.
