Location: Saint Louis, Missouri (On-site – Must work from the office) Working Hours: Monday to Friday Salary Range: $48,970 - $57,860 per year Work Type: In-person (strictly on-site) We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Entry Level Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing and contribute to our company's growth and success. As an Entry Level Marketing Associate, you will work closely with our marketing team to assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, conduct market research, and analyze customer data. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.
• Help manage and create content for social media platforms and our website.
• Support email marketing initiatives by drafting newsletters and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with team members to design promotional materials and advertising content.
• Track and analyze marketing campaign performance metrics and report findings to the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
