Job Title: Epic Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Analyst

Position Summary:

The Epic Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Analyst is responsible for the implementation, configuration, optimization, and support of Epic applications related to the revenue cycle, including Resolute Hospital Billing (HB), Professional Billing (PB), Claims, and associated workflows. This role ensures that financial and billing processes within Epic support the organizations operational goals, regulatory compliance, and revenue integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Epic RCM Application Management:
  Build, maintain, and optimize Epic RCM modules such as Resolute HB/PB, Claims, HIM, and others. Translate business requirements into system solutions.

• Workflow Analysis & Design:
  Collaborate with stakeholders to design, document, and improve revenue cycle workflows including charge capture, coding, billing, collections, denial management, and reimbursement.

• System Configuration & Testing:
  Configure Epic RCM applications to meet operational and compliance needs. Conduct unit, integrated, and end-user testing.

• Issue Resolution & Support:
  Provide Tier 2/3 support for Epic RCM issues. Troubleshoot, resolve, and document issues in collaboration with IT, finance, and operational teams.

• Reporting & Analytics:
  Develop and run reports using Epic Reporting Workbench (RWB), Clarity, and other BI tools to monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and support decision-making.

• Training & Documentation:
  Create user manuals, training materials, and conduct sessions for end-users and super-users. Ensure proper change management practices.

• Compliance & Regulatory Readiness:
  Ensure revenue cycle processes comply with regulatory standards, payer rules, and healthcare finance regulations (e.g., CMS, HIPAA).
