We’re actively hiring an Entry-Level Event & Promotions Assistant to join our fast-growing, purpose-driven team! No prior experience? No problem. If you bring the positivity, drive, and willingness to learn , we’ll provide hands-on training and mentorship to set you up for success.
Our team partners with leading nonprofit organizations to deliver live community events , public engagement campaigns , and grassroots fundraising initiatives that make a difference.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:Assist with the planning, setup, execution, and breakdown of community outreach events and nonprofit marketing campaigns
Coordinate on-site logistics to ensure seamless event operations
Organize and manage event materials, branded displays , and promotional items
Collect attendee data and provide feedback to improve event performance
Support live promotions, public relations activities , and community engagement efforts
Help onboard and guide new team members as the events team grows
Ensure all guests, donors, and attendees have a welcoming, professional experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Outgoing, energetic personality and a passion for public service or community engagement
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Quick learner with a hands-on, proactive attitude
Comfortable speaking with diverse groups in public and event settings
Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
