About Found Village:
Many systems meant to support individuals fall short in meeting the holistic needs of young people. At found Village, we step in to bridge the gaps, empowering young people aged 13 25 from hard circumstances. Our mission is toshift the conditions in foster care so youth can thrive! Our vision is to ensure that every young person and their future generations are no longer system-involved and thriving in their communities!
Every young person who walks through our doors is introduced to our Journey to Independence. We understand that this journey is not linear, and we support our young people as they grapple with ups and downs. Our goal is to meet each young person where they are and walk alongside them towards their goals.
For many of our youth, their village isnt handed to them...it is Found.
