Responsibilities: * Greet and engage customers in a professional and friendly manner. * Qualify customer needs and recommend the best vehicle options that match their criteria. * Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and performance. * Negotiate pricing and trade-ins effectively. * Close sales and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the entire purchase process. * Maintain knowledge of new models, inventory, and promotions. * Follow up with customers to ensure post-purchase satisfaction and encourage repeat business. * Meet and exceed monthly sales goals while contributing to team success. Qualifications: * Previous sales experience in automotive, retail, or related fields preferred, but not required. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a results-driven attitude. * Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and maximize earning potential. * Must be a team player with a customer-first mindset. * Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
