Auto-Chlor System is seeking a National Recruiter to support staffing efforts for locations nationwide. This role involves identifying and attracting active and passive candidates to join our team while supporting the company’s hiring initiatives. The position is full-time and based in-office.

Key responsibilities:

• Source, attract, screen and qualify high level candidates to present to hiring managers for potential employment.
• Strategically partner with hiring managers, determine urgency of positions and debrief after interviews.
• Conduct high level candidate screenings and interviews to assess experience, culture fit and alignment with organizational values.
• Follow up and communicate with candidates as they move through each phase of our interview process.
• Adhere to the Company's hiring process while providing an excellent candidate experience.
• Prepare job offer letters as requested and assist candidates with offer questions and negotiations.
• Responsible for posting and maintaining the integrity of the job advertisements on our career page as well as external job boards.
• Manage active and passive candidate pipeline for current and future openings.
• Drive Company brand presence with external partners to attract top talent.

Successful candidate criteria:

• 1-3 years experience with recruiting and sourcing, preferably light industrial, service and sales talent.
• Ability to communicate professionally and apprise hiring managers and candidates.
• Experience managing and prioritizing multiple job openings and manager communication.
• Sense of urgency and ability to work independently to meet goals.
• Resilient, creative, and open to implementing new ideas and strategies.
• Proven organizational and time management skills, ability to multi-task.
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Office.
