Haggerty Ro Assignment Duration: 3 months (potential to convert to FTE not at this time) Responsibilities Cover a break in service, handling work orders and PMs on HVAC, and facilities maintenance services. Maintain mechanical and electrical equipment for commercial HVAC systems by conducting proactive performance testing and ongoing scheduled maintenance. Install, repair, adjust, and maintain small electric or pneumatic control systems used for building HVAC, refrigeration, and ventilation. Conduct ongoing maintenance on building HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation and compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and work safety. Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine the best course of action for equipment modifications. Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems with limited discretion. Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance. Requirements Years of Experience: 3-4 years Education: High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job‑related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education is considered. Certifications: EPA 608 License or NFPA 70E preferred. Physical Requirements: stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs or more. Valid driver’s license required. Communication Skills: exchange straightforward information. Computer Skills: working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Organizational Skills: strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset. Must‑Have Skills: good verbal communication, good maintenance skills, good time management, prior electrical experience, ability to work independently with limited supervision.
