NSC Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Sales Engineer - Commercial & Industrial Special Projects for projects in Columbus, OH area.

 

JOB DETAILS:

PAY: $80k-$100k+

HOURS: 40-50hours/week

DURATION:  Direct Hire  

SCOPE

• HVAC Sales – 4 years required
• Sell commercial HVAC/plumbing design-build and retrofit projects.
• Focus on Central Ohio and Zanesville territory (Could also range to Mansfield and Springfield – FUEL CARD PROVIDED)
• Work with service sales reps and maintenance clients to generate leads.
• Prospect and close new business outside existing accounts.
• Act as design/engineering resource for mechanical and energy projects.
• Manage the full sales cycle: qualify, estimate, propose, and close projects.
• Build relationships with clients, subcontractors, and engineers.
• Meet annual sales goals and deliver profitable, high-quality projects.
