The ideal candidate will oversee the entire construction project life cycle. You will manage personnel involved at different stages of the project and showcase strong design and technical abilities. 

Responsibilities:

• Design Construction Documents: Create detailed and accurate documentation to guide the construction process.
• Coordinate Teams: Collaborate effectively between the Construction and Architecture Teams to align goals and processes.
• Select High-End Finishes: Curate finishes, textiles, furniture, and light fixtures that reflect our commitment to luxury.
• Draft Elevations: Create detailed interior and exterior elevations for compelling client presentations.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 2-4 years in related fields, particularly in luxury residential construction.
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in AutoCAD, REVIT, and Photoshop.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical abilities to address challenges efficiently.
• Work Ethic: A dedicated team player with excellent multitasking skills.
• Communication Skills: Ability to effectively engage with Architects, Construction Managers, and Lead Designers.
