Job Description
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A Home Infusion pharmacy is seeking a licensed pharmacist for a 3-week contract position to provide coverage during a leave of absence. This role requires strong expertise in sterile compounding and intravenous (IV) admixture, with an emphasis on accuracy and patient safety.
