We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented  Junior Payroll Administator  to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals with a degree in  Accounting or Finance who are eager to begin a career in payroll. No prior payroll experience is required—just a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills

Responsibilities

• Assist with processing payroll accurately and on time
• Enter employee hours, deductions, and other payroll-related data
• Help reconcile payroll transactions with the general ledger
• Identify and resolve basic payroll discrepancies
• Maintain and update employee payroll records
• Coordinate with HR to ensure accurate employee data
• Support the preparation of payroll reports for internal use
