Job Description
Next Level Turf, Inc., a full service landscape company in the Hamptons. We are seeking a talented Landscape Designer / Gardener to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be mainly in charge of designing, installing and maintaining annual, perennial, herb and vegetable gardens. We are also looking for someone to assist with landscape design on planting jobs and crew management as needed.
5 day work week Monday- Friday 8-10 hours a day
In Season (April - Sept) Overtime is expected, with the off season months sticking to a much more relaxed schedule.
Position may be offered as a full time position or a seasonal position. (April-Oct)
*MUST have experience with Annual & Perennial Flower Gardens
*Horticulture Degree or similar a plus, but not required
* 2+ years experience in the field.
* Must be clean, organized and detail orientated
* Be able to conduct one self in a professional manner
* Be able to take and give direction
* Valid drivers license
* Ability to work in all kinds of weather
* Be physically able to work (bend over, kneel, carry plants, dig, move compost)
*Speak English, bi-lingual a plus
