How You Will Make An Impact
As a Legal Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our legal team. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Gathering and preparing case-related materials and evidence for attorney review.
Communicating with dealerships to obtain necessary information or documentation.
Processing and tracking checks and other financial documents in accordance with internal procedures.
Uploading and maintaining documents across various legal and administrative systems.
Attending internal meetings, taking detailed notes, and following up on action items.
Responding to ad hoc requests and providing general administrative support to attorneys and legal staff as needed.
What You Will Bring To The Role
A High School Diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal or law firm environment, with a strong background in administrative support.
A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to take initiative.
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Additional Information
Compensation: Hourly pay range is $25–$35, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday.
Work Environment: This is a remote contract position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from home.
