Job Description

Trustpoint.One is recruiting a Legal Operations Manager who is tech savvy, organized and has a team-oriented approach. This is a direct hire, hybrid position. The ideal candidate for the Legal Operations Manager role will possess a solid foundation in technology implementation, legal processes and project management, evidenced by a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field, complemented by a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Must have at least 3 years of experience leading projects involving technology to implement improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar credentials are a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience selecting and implementing technology to increase efficiencies , time spent working in an in-house legal department is a plus.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in legal technology platforms, database management and data analytics tools.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven leadership and team coordination skills.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Lead the selection and implementation of technology solutions for the global legal team.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, coordinate selection review meetings, and create executive presentations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain project plans, timelines, and workflows.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Allocate and manage resources, including personnel, budget, and materials.
• Interact with company departments and colleagues to provide training and guidance on various technology solutions, including providing technical support and troubleshooting.

The salary will be determined based on candidate’s industry knowledge and experience.
