A respected litigation-focused firm in New York City is seeking a skilled Litigation Associate with at least 3 years of experience in general liability or personal injury defense. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop strategic defenses for general liability and personal injury matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
• Represent clients in court, depositions, and settlement negotiations
• Collaborate with medical experts for case evaluation
• Conduct legal and medical research
• Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams
• Manage multiple ongoing litigation matters simultaneously

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury defense or related litigation
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law in New York State
• Familiarity with New York Labor Law is a plus
• Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
