A highly regarded full-service law firm in Winston-Salem, North Carolina , known for its sophisticated business-oriented legal services, is seeking an Entry-Level Attorney / Litigation Associate to join its dynamic Litigation Group. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly licensed attorney or someone in their first few years of practice to gain immediate courtroom experience and develop expertise in a specialized area of law.

Key Responsibilities:

• Regularly appear in court, often managing multiple trials daily.
• Support senior attorneys on a range of other landlord-tenant issues, including fair housing defense.
• Draft and refine template management documents,
• Develop expertise in a fast-paced, complex, and evolving practice area.
  

Qualifications :

• Candidates sitting for the North Carolina bar exam in Summer 2025 are encouraged to apply, as are those in their first few years of practice.
• Strong academic credentials are required; participation in a journal, moot court, or similar activity is preferred.
• Excellent communication, time management, and public-speaking skills are a must.
• A keen interest in property management law and a desire to build a career in litigation.
