About the Role:

We’re looking for a strategic systems thinker with a passion for building scalable marketing engines powered by AI and automation. You’re not a generalist — you’re an architect. You love designing clean workflows, streamlining operations, and extracting insights from data to drive real-time decisions.

As our Marketing Strategist , you’ll take full ownership of our marketing infrastructure — from direct mail operations to social media funnels and AI-powered reporting systems . You’ll work independently, with a high level of trust, and help shape how leads are generated and marketing dollars are spent.

This is a behind-the-scenes leadership role for someone who gets excited about precision, control, and automation — not fluff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and manage in-house direct mail operations for efficiency and scale
• Build and optimize social media ad funnels to acquire seller and lender leads
• Develop AI-driven tracking and reporting systems to power data-informed decisions
• Use tools like ChatGPT, Zapier, Meta Ads Manager , and CRM integrations to automate workflows
• Deliver weekly dashboards and marketing insights tied to campaign performance
• Ensure consistency across channels while evolving systems with speed and precision
  

You’re a Fit If You Have:

• 2+ years experience in direct mail marketing , funnel building, or marketing operations
• A strategic mind that’s fluent in automation, data, and digital systems
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, prompt writing, auto-reporting, workflow tools)
• Strong familiarity with CRMs , lead tracking, and conversion optimization
• Experience managing campaigns in Meta Ads Manager or a similar platform
• A strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently on complex systems
• Detail-oriented, organized, and obsessed with making things work better, faster, and smarter
