Medical Receptionist - Southwest Atlanta (Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire)

Are you an experienced Medical Receptionist looking for a dynamic opportunity? Our busy medical practice in Southwest Atlanta is seeking a skilled professional to join our team on a temp-to-hire basis. If you're a pro at multitasking, delivering exceptional customer service, and keeping a medical office running smoothly, we want to hear from you!

What you'll do:

• Warmly welcome patients and visitors, in person and over the phone.
  
• Efficiently schedule and manage appointments to optimize patient flow and provider time.
  
• Maintain accurate patient records and accounts, including personal, financial, and insurance information.
  
• Process payments, handle billing inquiries, and manage third-party claims.
  
• Ensure the reception area is welcoming and comfortable for all patients.
  
• Support the team by handling office inventory, supplies, and equipment needs.
  
• Maintain strict patient confidentiality at all times.

What you'll bring:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Medical Receptionist.
  
• Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Excellent customer service and telephone skills .
  
• Strong organizational abilities and keen attention to detail .
  
• Familiarity with EMR systems (3 years preferred) and insurance verification (3 years preferred).
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
  
• A professional and flexible approach.
