Certified Mobile Notary Service ( is now looking to hire a Mortgage Notary Signing Agent to work remotely in the U.S. only.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Contact notaries to have documents re-signed or acknowledged.
• Stay up-to-date on delivery requirements for investors.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

• 1/+ years of experience in a post-closing capacity.
• Expert customer service skills.
• Impeccable organizational/time management skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Growth mindset look for problems and develop solutions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer and Internet.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/CONDITIONS: General home office environment. Some lifting and bending will be required.

PAYMENT: $125.00 to $200.00 per loan signing appointment.
