Base pay range $60.00/hr - $65.00/hr Overview We're seeking an experienced Network Engineer to support large-scale wireless projects with one of the industry's leading network providers. This role involves end-to-end network design, tuning, and optimization across technologies including 4G LTE, 5G NR, Massive MIMO, mmWave, and more. What You'll Do Lead technical activities for major network deployments, including planning, implementation, and optimization Design and tune RAN networks using tools such as Planet EV, Atoll, TEMS, Actix, Agilent, and R&S Analyze network KPIs and Layer 3 messages to enhance accessibility, retainability, handover success, and overall performance Leverage event analysis and drive data to make data-driven recommendations on parameters, feature activations, and design adjustments Support planning efforts using ACP tools, Monte Carlo simulations, and model tuning Manage multi-vendor and multi-technology environments, including CBRS, IoT, and LAA Collaborate with project managers, field teams, and customer stakeholders to drive results What You'll Need 10+ years of experience in radio network design, tuning, and optimization Proven leadership across 5+ projects, including at least 2 large-scale deployments Hands-on expertise with 4G/5G technologies, including Massive MIMO and mmWave Proficiency in RF planning and optimization tools (Planet EV, Atoll, TEMS, Actix, etc.) Deep understanding of KPIs, Layer 3 messaging, handover tuning, and cell planning strategies Experience with Ericsson ENM and familiarity with RAN feature experimentation Willingness to travel extensively within the U.S. as required by project needs Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Nice to Have Ability to identify add-on sales opportunities through technical insight Working knowledge of IRAT procedures and uplink enhancement techniques Impellam Group and its brands are equal-opportunity employers committed to diversity and inclusion.
