*Job Summary*
Work Comp Management Services, Inc. is seeking a professional, experienced *Registered Nurse (RN)* to join our team in a *PRN hybrid role* at an *Occupational Health Clinic* in the Greater Peoria, IL area.
This position includes *two in-clinic shifts per week* plus *on-call weekend rotations twice per month*. Ideal candidates are confident in autonomous clinical decision-making and skilled in occupational injury management and triage.
*Responsibilities*
* Provide direct patient care and injury assessments at the clinic *(2 shifts per week or as assigned).*
* Participate in an *on-call rotation*:
* *2 weekends per month*, from *Friday 10:00 PM to Sunday 10:00 PM*.
* Respond to *phone assessments* for workplace incidents.
* Be available to report to the clinic in person if injury management is needed.
* Complete thorough and accurate documentation.
* Collaborate with clinic staff and client safety teams to ensure high-quality care delivery.
* Adhere to all clinical protocols, HIPAA regulations, and OSHA guidelines.
*Requirements*
* *Active Illinois RN license (Required)*
* *Minimum 5 years of RN experience (Required)*
* Occupational Health experience (Strongly preferred)
* Emergency Department or Acute Care experience (Preferred)
* Must live *within 45 miles or under 60 minutes* of the Peoria, IL area
* Ability to work independently and respond to urgent care needs
*Pay and Benefits*
* *Hourly Rate:* $46 – $48 per hour
* *On-Call Stipend:* $100 per on-call day (paid even if not called in)
* On-call hours are paid hourly if called into the clinic
