Nationwide Therapy Group (NTG) is seeking dynamic Healthcare Recruiters responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier healthcare professionals to meet the staffing needs of our healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruiting process for healthcare positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and facilitating offers.
• Outbound calls to potential candidates.
• Source candidates for a wide range of healthcare roles, such as travel nurses.
• Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media sites, and networking within the healthcare industry to build a robust talent pool.
• Establish and maintain relationships with candidates.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the team's success.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport over the phone.
• A solid work ethic with a passion for sales and customer engagement.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Recruitment experience is an advantage but not required.
• Sales experience is a plus but not required – we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and eagerness to learn and grow in the recruitment field.
• Expertise in doing inside sales.
• Experienced in call center environments.
