Key Responsibilities

• Receiving & Unloading:  

  Unload new merchandise from delivery trucks and transport it to the appropriate locations within the warehouse. 

• Stocking & Organization:  

  Place products on shelves, organize inventory, and ensure all items are properly labeled and displayed. 

• Inventory Management:  

  Conduct inventory counts, monitor stock levels, and replenish items as needed. 

• Order Fulfillment:  

  Gather merchandise for outgoing orders, prepare them for dispatch, and load them onto trucks. 

• Safety & Maintenance:  

  Maintain a clean and orderly workspace, adhere to safety procedures, and report any damaged merchandise or equipment faults to supervisors. 

• Machinery Operation:  

  Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment to move and store goods.

• Physical Stamina: The ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods. 
• Attention to Detail: Crucial for accurate stocking, inventory checks, and product labeling. 
• Adaptability: A willingness to work non-traditional hours and adapt to less direct supervision. 
• Time Management: The ability to manage tasks and maintain productivity during the night shift. 
• Teamwork: Effective communication and collaboration with other overnight team members and incoming/outgoing delivery teams. 
• Basic Education: Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent; prior experience may be preferred but isn't always required for entry-level positions.
