General Summary:
Looking for a dynamic opportunity? As a Vehicle Reconditioning Associate, you'll play a crucial role in our operations. You will be responsible for vehicle maintenance, receiving & shipping vehicles, inventory scanning, and more, all while delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow standardized processes and work instructions for effective execution.
• Engage in problem-solving and continuous improvement activities with your team.
• Support the training of new associates with guidance from experienced team members.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal teams and customers.
• Maintain the cleanliness and security of display areas and work-in-progress zones.
• Secure and prepare vehicles for shipping to other locations.
• Scan vehicles accurately to ensure precise product status.
• Perform lot maintenance tasks, including washing customer returns and loaner vehicles.
• Drive vehicles on and off the lot safely as needed.
• Contribute to workplace organization and cleanliness following CarMax 5S standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current driver’s license and compliance with CarMax DSEPS standards.
• Able to read, interpret, and accurately transcribe data.
• High School diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs safely.

Working Conditions:
This position may require you to work indoors and outdoors in varied conditions, including possible exposure to noise and inclement weather. Flexible work hours are available, including nights, weekends, and holidays. You'll need to be on your feet for extended periods in a high-energy environment. Uniforms will be provided by CarMax.
