- The main goal of this role is to identify, qualify, and create leads for their accounting software solutions, and then will be working directly with the sales team to close the deal
Description

Must Have
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in a Sales role WITH outbound cold calling experience, held to a sales metric and quota (i.e. SDR/BDR/BDE)
- Bachelor's Degree or equipment education required
- Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot
- Experience with Slack or any other inter communication like this program
- Ready to work exclusively outbound/lead generate
- Experience generating leads and building prospect lists
- Desire to grow a career in sales
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- The ability to thrive in a highly collaborative, fast-paced & changing environment
- COULD also have 1+ years of true full cycle recruiting experience (outbound calls to candidates)
Nice To Have
- Prior experience in a SaaS company preferred
- Experience working with small business's

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.85 - $31.23/hr.
