Job Description

Physical Therapy Assistant Outpatient-Full time. Responsibilities include documenting and submitting patient reports and charges within established timeframes, collaborating with patients and healthcare personnel or outside agencies regarding coordination of care, reporting patient progress and collaborating with evaluating therapist to implement therapy plan of care, supervising Rehab Techs, providing physical therapy according to standards of care defined by the state practice act and other professional and governing agencies, including selection and use of assistive equipment, training and educating patients and family members or others and documenting understanding of treatment plan and goals. Travel is required never or rarely.
