Core Competencies:

• Demonstrate proficiency at a wide variety of assignments
• Assist in the completion of industrial tank cleaning and hydro blasting projects
• Adheres to established schedules and deadlines
• Ability to effectively interact with management, other members of department and vendors
• Functions within established corporate and regulatory guidelines
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Present a positive image of Heritage-Crystal Clean to fellow employees, external contacts, and the public
• Clean driving record

Work Experience:

• No previous work experience required

Education, Certificates, Licenses, or Designations:

• High School Diploma or its equivalent
• Willing to get a CDL license

Specific Skills:

• Effective communication skills; both verbal and written
• Able learn and adapt to a new work environment
• Ability to use basic hand tools

Work Environment : While performing essential duties of this position an individual will at times work at elevated heights and in confined spaces with moderate physical activity including, walking, climbing, and lifting objects up to 50 pounds. The position frequently requires work in outside weather conditions, including rain and extreme heat, near moving mechanical parts and includes occasional exposure to wet and/or humid conditions and to vibration. Individual will be required to wear protective equipment such as welding shields, hard hat, hearing protection and on an occasional basis, work with hazardous materials. Must be able to regularly talk, hear, see, and often reach with hands, stand, walk, use a computer keyboard, mouse, telephone, and other office equipment. Work hours will vary in length and schedule. The anticipated hourly range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00, and includes benefits such as the following:
